Liz embarked on her illustrious career in recruitment while going to school at The University of Texas at Dallas, swiftly rising to prominence as a distinguished leader in the realm of National Consulting Firms within the Dynamic Dallas Market. Her exceptional abilities garnered a cascade of accolades throughout her journey. Born in Eagle Pass but firmly rooted in Dallas, Liz later made a significant move to San Antonio, where she assumed the mantle of Sistema Technologies' Senior Vice President of Recruitment in 2013.

In her current capacity, she leads the dynamic recruitment team throughout our U.S. offices (San Antonio, TX; Austin, TX; and Tampa, FL) and our strategic Nearshore/Offshore locations. Liz's Certified and Highly Skilled team adeptly fulfills vital positions for both Time & Materials and Fixed Price Projects across the IT sector, catering to diverse industries, including State and Local Government Agencies. With her profound recruitment acumen, Liz guides and mentors her team of recruiters, instilling a creed of unwavering integrity and precision as they expertly match client requisites with candidate proficiencies; “Hitting the Bullseye” and Sistema’s Core Values.

Outside the professional sphere, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her family—her husband, their five children, and a beautiful granddaughter. An ardent football enthusiast, she passionately supports The Dallas Cowboys, often rendering her voiceless after exciting and intense games. A mother to a remarkable high-functioning Autistic Young Adult named Austin, Liz actively champions his endeavors, surmounting challenges with resolute determination. Her advocacy extends to her fervent support for Autism Speaks and her dedicated commitment to aiding individuals with special needs. Additionally, she champions Peer Advocacy students, valiantly combating bullying against those with disabilities.
