Ernesto became an integral member of Sistema Technologies in 2015, focusing his expertise on State and Local Government agencies. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, Ernesto is dedicated to assisting our clients in realizing their IT objectives, encompassing areas such as Staff Augmentation and Deliverables-Based IT Services. Leveraging a wealth of experience in customer service and account management, he has played a pivotal role in driving Sistema's strategic business expansion.

In his capacity as the Vice President of Sistema and former IT Director, Ernesto has exemplified and embraced Sistema's foundational values, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to aiding clients in surmounting their business challenges while providing comprehensive end-to-end service. Ernesto has held the esteemed position of Vice Chair and currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications (TASSCC), forging collaborative relationships to elevate education and networking opportunities within the realm of Information Technology for the Texas Public Sector.

During his leisure time, Ernesto, alongside his wife Ljiljana, enjoy raising their son Tobias, while planning future travels—both in Ljiljana’s home country of Serbia and beyond.
