    • Performance technical review with Sistema peers
  • Group review with the client
    • Share assumptions, basis of assumptions
    • Discuss technical details/options
    • Discuss the recommended solution and reasons
    • Discuss risks and mitigation
    • Collect feedback
  • Rework
    • Incorporate feedback comments
    • Re-analyze assumptions, risks and mitigation
    • Perform causal analysis for review comments
    • Compile final documentation
    • Prepare low level design document
    • Perform estimate
    • Review with Sistema peers
  • Final Presentation
    • Present final high and low level designs
    • Point where review comments were incorporated
    • Stress the assumptions, risks and mitigation
    • Stress the inclusion of review comments
    • Discuss estimates
    • Collect feedback and next steps
  • Project Approval
