The IT Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) is a means of providing temporary IT staffing services to agencies based on a negotiated hourly rate through a contract. The Department of Information Resources (DIR) approved vendor enables agencies to choose staff teams or members from a list of pre-qualified vendors, either through a solicitation or by going directly to them.
Sistema Technologies is proud to be an ITSAC contracted and Austin DBITS vendor by DIR according to their Cooperative Contracts Program.
Sistema Technologies, Inc., headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, has been providing staff augmentation services to local governments, state agencies, and public utilities for over a decade. Sistema is a minority owned business, HUB Certified (VID# 1820573641800) and an approved ITSAC Contract Vendor.DIR-TSO-3530
One of the key benefits of working with Sistema Technologies is the fact that we have been identifying and placing skilled IT Consultants across Austin and San Antonio for over a decade. Beyond an extensive bench of 1099 employees and our proprietary database of hundreds of past and present consultants, we have a good pulse on local talent as well as processing Visas to bring in international talent. The depth and breadth of our talent pool and our referral network are one of Sistema’s biggest strengths.

Remember, however, that you do have the option to go directly to a trusted ITSAC vendor to fulfill your staff augmentation needs by using the Best Value justification!
Best Value refers to Work Order Solicitation selections made by Customers that do not follow the competitive posting and review process. The Customer informs DIR of the intent to select a Worker and submits the appropriate procurement documentation required for the selection. Customer will determine the criteria for Best Value Selection and whether or not to use this procurement method.” Source: DIR 2011 Power to Purchase EXPO
