Sistema was brought in to perform an assessment that included a Business Process study, IT Architectural assessment, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery process study and to provide an ideal future state along with a roadmap of how to get to the future state.
Sistema performed multiple rounds of interviews with business users, technical stakeholders and the sponsor to arrive at an outsider perspective of the processes and technology at OCCC. We then delivered over a dozen technical and process artifacts along with a vividly described future state and a detailed roadmap.
